Dare to join us for the City of Monroe’s Fourth Annual Halloween Spooktacular—if you’re brave enough! On October 31st 2024, from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (weather permitting), City Hall will transform into a haunting ground of eerie delights. Ghoulish figures will emerge, as Mayor Dan Sheets and our City Councilors, disguised as creatures of the night, hand out candy to wandering souls. Warm your bones with some hot cider and cocoa before venturing outside to witness the spine-chilling display lurking in the shadows of City Hall… But watch your back—something wicked may be watching! 🎃👀
